Compatibility

For continuity purposes here is a brief description of the primary gear used by Ez Reel Productions. In our field it is understood that clients may not be able to use the same crew at each event or production. This shall assist the thought process in hiring my crew to best fit your growing campaign.

For Your Knowledge

Camera Bodies

For video we film on both Canon EOS R mirrorless system, Black magic 6K Pro Cinema and Sony FX

For stills, Canon EOS R Mirrorless systems

Audio Recording

For large events XLR connections into camera and backup audio device, Zoom H devices will make for the highest quality audio files. For interviews, talking heads or public service announcements an overhead mic or lavalier will be used.

Lighting

Our lighting gear will depend on what's necessary for the event. For quick setup and breakdowns battery operated RGB continuous lighting will be used. On larger events AC powered Spotlights will be used. For photography, if your event prefers we do not to use flash we are capable of capturing high quality stills without flash.

Additional Info

I plan to arrive at least one hour early to your event for proper setup and to analyze maneuvers to best cover the event. This gives the best option to be discrete, out of the way of guest, and optimum performance for quality. Things to consider noting when inquiring are; Parking info, Building entry Info, persons of contact on the day, number of crew members allowed on the day.

Proof of Insurance

Ez Reel Productions LLC will be able to provide proof of insurance at any point during the duration of the contract/agreement and thereafter.
